Magnusson advised Norrin in its Nordic expansion through the acquisition of BizOne

We are proud to have acted as legal advisor to Norrin Oy in its acquisition of BizOne, a leading Swedish data and analytics specialist. This strategic transaction marks an important step in Norrin’s growth journey and strengthens its position in the rapidly expanding Nordic market for AI-driven information management and business development.

Magnusson supported Norrin throughout the entire process, from initial negotiations to signing and closing, ensuring a smooth and successful completion of the deal.
