Magnusson advised Oy Telpak Ab in the acquisition of CreaPak Oy’s entire share capital

Magnusson acted as legal advisor to Oy Telpak Ab in a transaction where Telpak acquired the entire share capital of CreaPak Oy, a packaging solutions provider for the food and construction sectors. Telpak is a company within the European distribution group OptiGroup AB.

As a result of the acquisition, CreaPak will become part of OptiGroup’s packaging business in Finland, while continuing to operate under its own brand. The acquisition strengthens OptiGroup’s service offering in Finland.
