First Cross-Border M&A Deal of 2021 for Magnusson Denmark

Co-Head of Corporate M&A and Head of Capital Markets, Partner Sam Jalaei from Magnusson Denmark, and rest of the CPH team advised the Nordic EasyAccess Group in a cross-border M&A deal.
