Magnusson acted as Swedish counsel to Endeavour Mining Corporation in connection with its C$1 billion acquisition of SEMAFO Inc. The acquisition will create one of the top 15 gold producers globally.

Endeavour Mining Corporation is a TSX-listed gold producer that operates four mines across Côte d’Ivoire and Burkina Faso.

SEMAFO Inc. was a NASDAQ Stockholm and TSX-listed gold producer with over twenty years’ experience building and operating mines in West Africa.

Magnusson’s team consisted primarily of Robert Karlsson (Capital Markets/Banking & Finance), Anders Bäckman (Capital Markets/M&A) and Jake Lowther (Capital Markets/M&A).
