Magnusson advised Algol Trehab Oy in an acquisition – Suomen Terveysmaailma becomes part of the Algol Group

Magnusson advised Algol Trehab Oy in a transaction where it acquired the entire share capital of Suomen Terveysmaailma Oy on June 10, 2025. Through this acquisition, Algol Trehab strengthens its position in the Finnish assistive devices market and expands its product range to also include care beds and mattresses.

Simultaneously, Algol Trehab’s customer base will expand significantly within the private sector, including companies and associations. The products offered by Algol Trehab are available for both purchase and rental, with comprehensive installation and maintenance services.

Magnusson’s team was responsible for drafting the share purchase agreement and provided legal advice related to the execution of the deal. Magnusson’s core team included Partner Heikki Wide and Associate Iida Vuori.
