Magnusson advised Defensor Group on its investment in Zulu Marine

Magnusson has advised Defensor Group in connection with its continued expansion through a majority investment in Zulu Marine, a Swedish company specialising in development and manufacturing of advanced boats for government users.

Defensor Group is a Swedish defence industry group with a strong entrepreneurial focus and the ambition to become a leading player in the Nordic defence and security market.

The Magnusson core team included Anders Bäckman, Carl Insulander, Ebba Svalling (M&A), Oskar Törngren (Regulatory), Vilma Slättegård (Intellectual Property) and Anna Karlsson (Employment Law).
