Magnusson advised Forus Oy in creating a partnership with Better Energy A/S

Magnusson advised Forus Oy, a Finnish solar power developer, in creating a partnership with the Danish solar power company Better Energy A/S.

The partnership aims to invest over 500 million euros to install over 1000 MW of solar power in Finland.

The ultimate goal is to accelerate the transition to green energy in Northern Europe. Magnusson’s team included Partner Heikki Wide, Specialist Counsels Pekka Keloneva and Maher Khadour and Associate Laura Hirvijoki.
