Magnusson assisted Eurofins Scientific in the acquisition of the share capital of bestLab Oy

Magnusson assisted Eurofins Scientific in the acquisition of the entire share capital of bestLab Oy on 19 May 2022. After the transaction, bestLab Oy’s operations will continue as part of the Eurofins Group.

Eurofins Group provides analytical services as well as testing- certification and expert services with over 58,000 staff in 900 laboratories across 54 countries.

bestLab Oy is one of the leading companies in Finland providing analysis and surveying of asbestos and contaminants, and microbial research. It was founded in 2016, employs 12 people and has a turnover of 1,2 MEUR in 2021.

Magnusson’s team included Partner Heikki Wide, Specialist Associate Lilli Parbo, Specialist Counsel Maher Khadour, Associates Laura Hirvijoki and Nelli Nystedt.
