Magnusson assists Cernera Fastigheter in its acquisition of the shopping centre Knallerian in Borås, Sweden, with a total area of 22,500 square meters

The shopping centre Knallerian is located within the shopping destination Knalleland, visited by seven million shoppers annually. Knalleland features nearly 100 stores offering the latest in fashion, electronics, home décor, tools, and toys as well as big-box retailers, specialty shops, cafés, restaurants, and daily goods stores.
