Summary:
Tobias has 25+ years of experience of handling complex commercial and transactional matters, with a particular focus on the real estate sector as well as the tech sector. He has experience from handling agreements with a multi-jurisdictional dimension as well as deep knowledge of the local market. He provides strategic advice to international and domestic corporations, family offices, and dynamic start-ups in their most delicate and strategic matters as well as in their day-to-day business.
Tobias has experience of advising clients in all types of direct or indirect acquisitions and disposals of real estate and real estate portfolios, such as offices, logistic centres, residentials, hotels, data centres, and industrial and development sites. He advises in relation to the on-going management and development of real estate. He further assists real estate owners and corporations in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases.
Tobias also advises contractors and corporations in relation to infrastructure and construction projects, such as logistic and data centres, bridges, tunnels, ports, railroads, and roads. The projects often span over several years.
Furthermore, Tobias assists in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements within a wide spectrum.
