Magnusson Finland advised Kiinteistöhuolto J. Rusanen Oy and Helmi Saneerauspalvelut Oy on the process of selling all of their shares to PHM Group Oy, through share purchase agreements signed in 19 December 2019. PHM Group is a nationwide corporation and one the largest property maintenance companies in Finland. The turnover of the companies belonging to the corporation exceeds 90 million euros and they employed around 1000 people in 2019. The concept of PHM Group is based on local operations and the quality of work, which is seen as high level of customer satisfaction. Both Kiinteistöhuolto J. Rusanen Oy and Helmi Saneerauspalvelut Oy will remain local companies and strengthen the growth of PHM Group in the Turku area through its commited personell and strong knowledge.

The owner partner of PHM Group is the capital investment company Intera Partners. Intera Partners was found in 2007 and it is owned by its key personell. Intera Partners owns 15 target companies in Finland and Sweden. In the funds managed by Intera Partners there are investors that are leading Nordic and European institutional investors.
