Magnusson acted as legal advisor to Bellissima Holding AB and Netsom AB in connection with the sale of Clean Factory Sweden AB, a company founded in 1997 that caters to private customers in corporate and home cleaning services. Clean Factory Sweden AB was acquired by Northclean Group AB.
