We are glad to be recognized by IFLR Europe Awards 2020 that celebrate legal innovation in cross – border transactions.

Magnusson was involved with Avia Solutions Group High Yield Bond shortlisted for deal of the year by IFLR 2020 Europe Awards.

We advised Avia Solutions Group in Estonia and Latvia on 300M USD unsecured bond issue. Avia Solutions Group (ASG), a global multi-service aviation holding and one of the largest aerospace servicing companies in the world, debuted in the European high yield bond market in December 2019.

Magnusson team providing advice on Estonian matters consisted of Toomas Mälberg, Jaanus Mägi, Mirjam Võsu, Mait Valberg, Ketlin Peterson and Hanna Esko.

IFLR Europe Awards 2020 celebrates legal innovation in cross – border transactions closed in 2019 and recognises the teams and firms behind them. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony held in London on April 23rd 2020.
