Tim Bergling Foundation and Magnusson enter new partnership to support young people’s mental health

Stockholm, 19 September 2025 – Tim Bergling Foundation and Magnusson  have launched a socially impactful partnership. Through this collaboration, Magnusson will contribute legal expertise and advice to strengthen the foundation’s work in promoting the mental health of children and young people. At the same time, Tim Bergling Foundation provides opportunities for Magnusson to engage in an important societal issue and participate in initiatives directly aimed at young people.

Tim Bergling Foundation, founded by Klas Bergling, Anki Lidén, and the family following Tim Bergling’s passing, works proactively to increase knowledge and reduce stigma around mental health issues and suicide. Through preventive initiatives and support, the foundation aims to contribute to the well-being and mental health of young people. The foundation works closely with young people and various societal actors to create safety, hope for the future, and better opportunities for youth.

“This meaningful partnership allows us to contribute with our legal expertise to Tim Bergling Foundation’s important societal engagement. It is important for us as a law firm to take social responsibility and to be part of this important work that reflects our shared values of making a difference in society,” says Morvarid Dorkhan Nilsson, Chair of Magnusson International.

“Creating change for the mental health of children and young people requires more adults from different parts of society, including the business sector, to take young people’s lives and voices seriously. Magnusson Law Firm’s involvement demonstrates the importance of broad collaborations. The partnership strengthens Tim Bergling Foundation’s work and opens up new ways to reach young people in meaningful contexts,” says Henrik Szabo, Executive Director of Tim Bergling Foundation.

About Tim Bergling Foundation
The Tim Bergling Foundation works for the mental health and well-being of children and young people. The foundation was founded in 2019 by Klas Bergling and Anki Lidén in memory of their son Tim Bergling (Avicii). Its vision is a society where young people feel safe, have faith in the future and get the support they need. The foundation runs its own initiatives and support other organizations working on mental health. Their work is based on young people’s own voices and needs. Through the For A Better Day initiative, they collect young people’s voices and translate their wishes into concrete actions – from building music studios and working on interventions in schools to concerts that break the stigma around mental ill-health.
