Summary

Henrik is Head of EU Competition and Procurement Law and at Magnusson Denmark.

Henrik joins Magnusson after a 34-year career in the international VKR Group serving as Group General Counsel and advisor to Board & Management and has thereby gained extensive knowledge about EU Competition Law, Corporate Law, Corporate Governance, Risk Management, M&A, company establishments, and board work.

Henrik is experienced in negotiating and drafting contracts, both national and international.
In 2015 and 2016, Henrik was included in Legal 500/GC Nordic’s Powerlist as one of the most 150 innovative and recognized legal managers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland (the inclusion was based on interviews with external lawyers and other legal managers).

Henrik has a Master of Law from The University of Copenhagen and holds an executive MBA.

Henrik has taught contract law at The University of Copenhagen and been a lecturer and discussion facilitator at the IBC Euroforum.

Since 2016, Henrik has occasionally joined the Danish Maritime and Commercial High

Court as an expert judge in cases concerning marketing law and competition law.

Henrik is fluent in Danish, English, and German.
