News Alert – Magnusson Denmark recruits new Partner, Henrik Rasmussen, to lead the EU Competition and Procurement Practice Group

Magnusson Denmark is proud to announce that Henrik Rasmussen, the former Group General Counsel of VKR Group (Velux) which is the global roof and skylight window producer, joins us as of 15th of February 2025 as partner and will head our Competition and Procurement practice. Henrik will also be an asset to the M&A and Employment practice group through his years of experience within these areas through his time at Kromann Reumert as an associate in early days of his career and later more than 30 years of experience as group general counsel and later special advisor to the board and management of the globally known, VKR Group.

Henrik has been admitted to the High Court as well and also holds an executive MBA. He has also lectured on contract and tort law in the Law Faculty of Copenhagen University.

In 2015 and 2016, Henrik was included in Legal 500/GC Nordic’s Powerlist as one of the most 150 innovative and recognized legal managers in Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Finland (the inclusion was based on interviews with external lawyers and other legal managers).
