Katja works as a Counsel at Magnusson in Finland, focusing on employment law and dispute resolution. She has over 10 years of in-depth experience in change negotiations, dismissal and contract negotiations, employer obligation matters, management liability cases and matters concerning working conditions and risks related to labour mobility and international employment. In addition, Katja advises our clients on insolvency matters such as bankruptcy settlements, and recovery and debt relief actions as well as ESG and sustainability.
