Our team of experts is expanding: two experienced Counsels for Magnusson Finland

Magnusson has hired several new professionals in the past months, most recently Counsel Katja Halonen and Counsel Elisa Hätönen. This growth is driven by the trust of our clients and the continuous development of our services. The new hires support Magnusson’s commitment to provide high quality legal services and meet the growing demand. 

Counsel Katja Halonen is an experienced attorney and mediator with more than ten years of experience in employment law and dispute resolution both in Finland and internationally. Katja has been a member of the Board of the Helsinki Bar Association for more than five years, and has served as its Chair since 2024. 

“The first few weeks have got off to a fast start and I have felt really welcomed. As an international law firm, Magnusson offers an excellent framework to utilize and develop my broad expertise in international assignments, which I am particularly pleased about,” says Katja. 

Counsel Elisa Hätönen brings extensive experience in real estate transactions and development, combined with strong commercial and contract law expertise. Elisa also has a background in the private sector, having worked in leading Finnish law firms and a listed company.
