Vilma Slättegård is an associate based at Magnusson´s office in Stockholm. She focuses her practice on AI law, intellectual property, technology, and data protection and has been engaged in several assignments providing legal advice to global and Swedish companies, in particular providing in depth analysis in highly regulated sectors such as telecom, Medtech and Fintech.

Vilma obtained her LL.M. from Uppsala University in 2022 where she specialised in IP/IT law and wrote her Master Thesis on artificial intelligence. She also spent an exchange semester at University of Technology Sydney in Australia, primarily studying programming. In 2024 and 2025, Vilma Slättegård was shortlisted by Managing IP for as Rising Star of the Year among non-partners. She is also the co-author of several articles in the field of AI, data privacy, Fintech and IP.
