Dalia Stakvilevičiūtė is a Lithuanian attorney-at-law at Magnusson's Kaunas office. Since 2002 she has been representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings. Dalia prepares contracts (sale and purchase, rent, concession, performance of individual works, etc.), procedural and other documents. She represents clients during their negotiations with third persons, prepares offers on the modification of the terms and conditions of contracts, including complaints and claims arising out of the improper performance of contracts; provides legal consultations on public procurement issues; provides legal assistance in choosing the optimum public procurement procedure; preparation of the document of public procurement (Conditions of the Procurement Procedure, etc.); legal examination or assessment of the documents of public procurement; representation of the contracting authority or participants in the procurement procedure at the official authorities and in courts. She advises on the issues of construction, zoning and real estate law. Dalia represents clients in contacts with public authorities for the purpose of receiving construction and zoning documents and development of the detailed plans. She prepares construction and other contracts in accordance with the national legal acts and the terms and conditions of FIDIC contracts; represents clients in defending their rights and interests in contacts with state authorities and in courts; consults on the issues of conclusion and performance of contracts of individual works and territory planning procedures; provides legal consultations on the receipt of the EU financial support. She assesses compliance of the projects with the effective Lithuanian legal acts and EU legislation and represents the applicants in disputes with state authorities regarding the provision of financial support. Dalia also advises on labour law matters, prepares internal company documents and represents clients in labour-related disputes in courts. Dalia graduated from the Faculty of Law of Vytautas Magnus University. She also has a certificate in transnational law from Michigan State University. Apart from Lithuanian, Dalia speaks English, Russian. She is a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association. Since 2011 Dalia has been a lecturer (Material Law, Property Law), Vytautas Magnus University, Faculty of Law.
