Magnusson advised the sellers in the sale of HumiTor Oy to Acurum Group

Magnusson acted as legal advisor to the shareholders of HumiTor Oy in the sale of 100% of the shares in HumiTor Oy to Acurum Group.

HumiTor Oy is a Helsinki-based company whose core services include damage inspections, moisture measurements and dehumidification work related to water damage and moisture problems in properties.
