Magnusson assisted St1 Nordic Oy in connection with the project of rebranding approximately 630 sites

St1 has operated under two retail brands in the Nordic countries and is now rebranding its approximately 630 Shell-branded sites in Finland, Sweden and Norway as St1 sites. Following the rebranding project, the unified St1 network will comprise 1,250 service stations.  

St1 is an energy company operating in Finland, Sweden, Norway and the UK. St1’s operations include fuel marketing, oil refining and renewable energy solutions such as waste-based advanced biofuels and industrial wind power. 

“The single brand strategy has been a significant project that improves customer experience and doubles brand visibility in the Nordic countries. Magnusson played a key role as St1’s legal advisor from the beginning of the project. Magnusson assisted in contract negotiations and drafting agreements, ensuring that all legal matters were handled carefully and professionally.
