Magnusson Denmark supports the majority shareholder of Develop Diverse ApS (SaaS B2B company) in a cross-border M&A deal

Magnusson Denmark assisted I-Stepforward ApS to negotiate and close its sale of majority shareholdings in software business-to-business company, Develop Diverse ApS. The complex cross-border deal between Spanish and Danish parties required specialized advice on corporate and employment law and other related issues central to its successful closure, which Magnusson provided.
