Magnusson Denmark supports Pan-European VC fund, BlackWood Ventures, in yet another cross-border investment – this time in US

USA, an American based start-up aiming at scaling the advisory services for structured financial products.

Blackwood’s investment in IVM Markets Inc. USA will enable the invested company to accelerate sales and enhance customer success while delivering advanced AI-driven features and analytics to its clients. The investment will also support IVM Markets Inc. USA in fulfilling its overall vision to enable financial institutions to design and refine structured products before purchasing the final offerings from bulge bracket banks.
