Magnusson Appoints Two New Counsels in M&A and Public Procurement

Magnusson Sweden has appointed Hugo Stålbröst (M&A) and Wille Steinert (Public Procurement) as Counsels, effective from 1 January 2026. These appointments form part of the firm’s continued growth and its strategic focus on key areas of expertise.

Hugo Stålbröst – Counsel, M&A

Hugo Stålbröst is a qualified lawyer based at Magnusson’s Stockholm office. He primarily advises on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate law.

Wille Steinert – Counsel, Public Procurement

Wille Steinert is a qualified lawyer based at Magnusson’s Stockholm office. He has extensive experience in public procurement, advising both Swedish and international companies, as well as contracting authorities and entities, throughout the entire procurement process.
