Magnusson Finland advised Ecofoster Group Oy on the sale of its subsidiary EHP Environment Oy to Mitta Oy

Magnusson Finland advised Ecofoster Group Oy on the process of selling the shares of its subsidiary EHP Environment Oy to Mitta Oy’s parent company, Vitalium Oy. Ecofoster Group Oy as the principal shareholder amongst other shareholders sold all of the shares of EHP Environment Oy to Mitta Oy’s parent company, Vitalium Oy, through share purchase agreements signed in 28 November 2019.

Ecofoster Group Oy and the rest of the selling parties will become shareholders of Mitta Oy’s parent company, Vitalium Oy, throughout the sale.

EHP Environment Oy is a company established in 2000 which provides modern solutions for real-time online environmental monitoring. EHP Environment Oy designs, manufactures, installs and operates monitoring stations in remote and harsh environments which brings valuable data for its customers in easily understandable form. EHP Environment Oy has over 1300 monitoring stations in Northern Europe. In 2019 EHP Environment Oy has also started to provide the first measurement solutions in Canada which is the largest mining industrial country in the world.
