Magnusson strengthens its Real Estate & Infrastructure team with a new partner and continued expertise growth

Stockholm, 15 January 2026

Magnusson Law continues to grow and further strengthens its advisory offering within the real estate sector.

In January, Natalie Bretz joined the firm’s Real Estate & Infrastructure group as a partner, together with Ludwig Mild. Natalie and Ludwig share a common background from another law firm and will play a central role in Magnusson’s long-term strategy to further strengthen the firm’s position in real estate transactions, project development, as well as construction and infrastructure projects.

Natalie works broadly within the real estate sector, advising on commercial real estate transactions, construction projects and property development. She has extensive experience in, among other things, forward funding, sale and leaseback transactions, complex JV projects, as well as construction and infrastructure projects with both Swedish and international elements.

Ludwig specialises in commercial real estate law and transactions, with extensive experience in share transfer agreements, shareholders’ agreements and corporate law, including matters relating to dividends, mergers, reductions of share capital and financial assistance restrictions.

“We are very pleased to welcome Natalie and Ludwig to Magnusson. Natalie’s unique combination of transaction and project development expertise, together with Ludwig’s specialist knowledge in commercial real estate law, further strengthens our offering within the real estate sector. Their experience and drive will be a significant asset to our clients and to the firm.”
Morvarid Dorkhan Nilsson, Chair of the Board at Magnusson

“Magnusson is a modern, international and forward-looking law firm with significant expertise in areas that are crucial to real estate advisory services. My focus will be on transactions and projects. Market signals are clearly positive, and we expect 2026 to be a strong year for real estate transactions. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued development and to working alongside a strong and growing team that shares the same commitment and ambitions.”
