Magnusson advised Mercamer Oy in the acquisition of AgilePack Oy’s entire business

Magnusson acted as Mercamer Oy‘s legal advisor in the acquisition of the business of AgilePack Oy, an expert in food packaging automation. 

Mercamer is one of the leading operators in the sales and service of packaging materials and machinery in Finland. Mercamer is part of the international OptiGroup group. The acquisition will strengthen Mercamer’s position in the food packaging market. 

Magnusson’s team provided expert legal advice and support to Mercamer throughout the acquisition process. Among other things, we assisted in negotiating and drafting of the business purchase agreement and conducting due diligence. We also advised on all legal aspects that were relevant for the continuation of the business operations.
