Magnusson advised on the sale of Minna Technologies to Mastercard

Magnusson advised the majority shareholders, a consortium of investors led by Nineyards Equity, on the sale of fintech company Minna Technologies to Mastercard.

Magnusson’s team comprised Anders Bäckman, Hugo Stålbröst, Carl Insulander, Ebba Svalling and Julia Lundberg.

The closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
