Magnusson advised Söderberg & Partners on issue of new shares to KKR

Magnusson has advised Söderberg & Partners on an agreement to raise 2.3 billion SEK by issuing new shares.

The new capital is being provided by KKR, an existing minority shareholder. The new capital will be used to support Söderberg & Partners’ continued expansion across all of its markets, with a particular focus on its recent entry into Spain and the UK.

Magnusson’s team was led by Anders Bäckman, Carl Insulander and Ebba Svalling.
