Magnusson advisor in the sale of Stockholms Stadsbyggare Entreprenad AB to Circura AB

Magnusson acted as legal advisor to the seller, Crede Förvaltning AB, in connection with the sale of Stockholms Stadsbyggare Entreprenad AB (“SSEAB”) to Circura AB. For over 25 years, SSEAB has specialised in construction contracting and building services for public sector clients and was an early adopter of third-party certification in quality, environment, and occupational health and safety.
