Magnusson Law has advised SEB’s three residential funds, Domestica Bostäder I, Domestica Bostäder III, and Domestica Bostäder IV  on one of this year’s largest property transactions

The buyer is KPA Pension (part of Folksam Group), which is acquiring the extensive residential portfolio comprising 26 modern residential properties with approximately 2,500 flats and a total lettable area of approximately 150,000 square metres. The properties are located in the Stockholm and Mälardalen regions, Malmö, Lund, Karlstad and Östersund. The buildings in the portfolio were constructed over the last 20 years. The transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority, given the size of the transaction. Closing of the transaction is scheduled for early June 2026.

Magnusson’s team consisted of Natalie Bretz (lead partner), Ludwig Mild, Ebba Svalling, Ellinor Gustavsson, Hugo Stålbröst, Ulf Djurberg, and Daniel Wengelin.
