Magnusson has advised Söderberg & Partners on a 3 billion SEK share issue to KKR and TA Associates.

The new capital is being provided by the existing minority shareholders, KKR and TA Associates. This capital infusion will support Söderberg & Partners’ continued expansion across all of its markets, with a particular focus on its recent entry into Spain and the UK.

Magnusson’s team comprised Anders Bäckman, Carl Insulander, Lars Törner Larsson and Hugo Stålbröst.
