Magnusson recognised in the Nordics’ leading client relations study

Magnusson Sweden has once again delivered strong results in Excellence in Client Relations, the leading independent Nordic client relations study for business law firms. In the 2026 study conducted by Avara Insights (formerly Goodfeed and Regi), Magnusson achieved a client satisfaction index of 9.3 out of 10, clearly exceeding both the industry average (9.1) and the average for larger law firms with revenue over SEK 100 million (9.0).

The result is a clear indication that Magnusson’s focus on quality, long-term relationships, and client value continues to deliver strong results.

In spring 2025, the firm was awarded Excellence in Client Relations by Regi. This recognition is now followed by even stronger results in the further developed study by Avara Insights.

“This is more than just a number – it is a clear confirmation that our clients believe we contribute to their business. The fact that they particularly highlight our accessibility, commercial understanding, and commitment shows that we have the right focus. Every day, we strive to be more than a legal advisor – we aim to be a trusted business partner our clients can truly rely on,” says Yeshi Tikkanen, CEO of Magnusson.

In addition to accessibility, commercial understanding, and commitment, Magnusson’s clients particularly highlight strengths such as high-quality legal advice and expertise, responsiveness, reliability in delivery, commercial sharpness, attentiveness and strong client care.
