NEWS ALERT MAGNUSSON DENMARK – NEW EQUITY PARTNER MARTIN SCHMIDT-LARSEN HEADING REAL ESTATE AND CONSTRUCTION AS OF 1 APRIL 2024

Magnusson Denmark is absolutely delighted to announce that Martin Schmidt-Larsen will, as of 1 April 2024, join us from Denlaw Law Firm as new equity partner and head the Real Estate and Construction practice at Magnusson Denmark.

Martin is a brilliant lawyer and has several years of experience with commercial real estate transactions and projects, commercial leases, real estate project developments and construction law, and litigation. He has also vast experience with litigation and dispute and insolvency law and is already admitted to the high court in Denmark. Thus, he will strengthen our litigation and dispute team even further, which is already headed by Dan Stampe-Terkildsen who joined from Lundgrens last month.

Delighted that Martin’s junior associate, Emma Schou Nielsen, will also join our team, and she will be an asset to the rest of the group of already amazing young associates we have. Emma’s areas of expertise are real estate, litigation and disputes, and corporate.

Martin has assisted numerous domestic and international clients with commercial real estate transaction and projects. Martin has also previously been with Dahl Law Firm and Lind Cadovius Law Firm.
