Recognition for excellent work – new appointments at Magnusson

Once again, Magnusson Finland has reason to celebrate and be proud: as of June 1, 2025, dispute resolution expert Oona Laakkonen has been appointed Counsel, and employment law expert Henni Untamo has been appointed Senior Associate. These appointments reflect both individual contributions as well as the remarkable growth and development of Magnusson’s expertise in dispute resolution and employment law in recent years.

Oona Laakkonen is an experienced dispute resolution lawyer who assists clients in demanding litigation and arbitration proceedings. Her appointment as Counsel strengthens Magnusson’s position as a top-tier expert in dispute resolution. 

Our Counsel team lead, Tomi Merenheimo, emphasizes the significance of the Counsel title:

Henni Untamo is an employment law expert with extensive experience in the private sector and employee organisation. She is known for her practical and solution-oriented approach to employment law matters.
