Magnusson Sweden appoints Yeshi Tikkanen as new CEO

Stockholm, 18 March 2026

Magnusson Law is entering the next phase of its development, further strengthening its leadership. As of 1 March 2026, Yeshi Tikkanen has been appointed CEO of Magnusson in Sweden.

As Magnusson continues to grow, the need for enhanced leadership, clearer organisational structures, and strengthened business development has become increasingly important. This appointment reflects those priorities and aims to further professionalise the organisation while continuing to develop its offering to clients  in Sweden and internationally.

Yeshi Tikkanen most recently held the position of HR Director at Magnusson Sweden, where she played a key role in developing the firm’s organisation, culture, and talent management. In her role, she worked closely with the firm’s board and partners on matters relating to organisation, leadership, and long-term development. With her strong understanding of the firm and its operations, she is well equipped to lead Magnusson into its next phase of growth.
