Magnusson Denmark is absolutely thrilled to welcome litigation and arbitration star, Dan Stampe-Terkildsen, onboard as new equity partner who will join as of today from Lundgrens law firm and head the litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration practice at Magnusson Denmark going forward. Dan is one of the most well-known, highly respected and skilled experts in domestic and international commercial litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration. Dan has also vast experience as an arbitrator in both domestic and international arbitration disputes and has been the author of several articles and books in this practice area. Dan has also lectured at both the Faculty of Law of University of Copenhagen and Copenhagen Business School in International Commercial Arbitration Law.

With more than 6 years as partner at Lundgrens, 11,5 years as founding partner at Danders & More and 9 years as partner at the international law firm, Osborne Clarke, Dan will add tremendous value to our firm with his litigation and arbitration business and enhance our international contacts and cross-border experience even further.
