Magnusson advises Danish health tech company, vCare Denmark ApS, in new investment round

Magnusson is pleased to have advised vCare Denmark ApS, a Danish health tech startup and its founders with roots in India’s healthcare ecosystem, in a recent significant funding round.
Led by Magnusson Denmark Managing Partner and Head of Corporate M&A and Private Equity, Sam Jalaei, the Magnusson Denmark team advised and assisted vCare Denmark ApS, a SaaS platform that enables clinical decision-making, improves patient adherence, and builds holistic care pathways.
vCare Denmark ApS is supported by governments under the Green Strategic Partnership and is active in India through its subsidiary, Cordia Healthcare Pvt Ltd.
Throughout this transaction, Magnusson assisted vCare in drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, including the investment agreement and the shareholder agreement as well as preparing the required corporate documents for the share capital increase. Further, Magnusson advised on other relevant Danish law aspects of the deal.
Magnusson’s assistance in this deal demonstrates our expertise in advising Danish startups in the health tech industry in the process of raising capital requiring corporate and VC tech knowledge in the Danish market and full-service legal support.
