Magnusson advises CoralPoint International Limited on its acquisition of shares in Brinckmann Group ApS

Magnusson Denmark acted as local counsel to CoralPoint International Limited, a UK based global business and sustainability consulting firm, in its acquisition of a majority shareholding in Brinckmann Group ApS. Led by Sam Jalaei, Managing Partner and Head of Corporate M&A and Private Equity, Magnusson Denmark assisted with drafting and negotiating the Share Purchase Agreement and other aspects of the deal.

Brinckmann Group ApS is a Danish based leading renewable energy research and consulting firm. It is headquartered in Aabyhøj, Denmark, with an office also in Hamburg, Germany.
