Magnusson advises Sports Tours International Limited on the acquisition of Golfbreaks Scandinavia and Golfbreaks Group

Magnusson Denmark led by Managing Partner and Head of Corporate M&A and Private Equity acted as Scandinavian local counsel to Sports Tours International Limited in its acquisition of Golfbreaks Scandinavia as the Scandinavian part of the Golfbreaks Limited Group. Golfbreaks is a UK founded global golf travel specialist that arranges customised golf breaks, holidays and tournament experiences across a wide range of courses and resorts worldwide, with its Scandinavian operations based out of Denmark.

In close collaboration with the client’s esteemed UK advisers, Gateley, Magnusson Denmark’s Corporate M&A team worked closely together in coordinating a seamless, multi jurisdictional process through to an efficient closing.
