Magnusson advised Teknos in its exit from Russia

Teknos Group has sold its Russian business, including a production site in St. Petersburg. All shares in Teknos OOO were sold on 11 July 2022. Magnusson team comprised of Partner Heikki Wide and Specialist Counsel Maher Khadour.
